Nest Step is a pan-African platform that supports young entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey, from idea to customer traction. It combines expert content, AI, co-founder matchmaking, mentoring, and funding access through blockchain and investors. Its ambition: to structure, connect and launch a new generation of African entrepreneurs. Internship duration: 2 to 4 months Location: full remote, reporting to someone based in Tunis Mission Description: Subscriber on-boarding and engagement As a Business Analytics and On-boarding intern, you will be part of a dynamic team and contri-bute to the development and implementation of an innovative on-boarding strategy aimed at attracting, qualifying and animating: - young entrepreneurs, - mentors, - partners, - and senior entrepreneurs - (+ a few other B2B targets to be specified at a later date). Your role will be to combine your data analysis and project management skills to optimize on-boarding processes and maximize the impact of our campaigns. Key responsibilities 1. Action plan • Participate in the design of a detailed action plan with team members in other countries to identify and recruit users in target countries. • Adapt/decline the strategy to the specifics of your local market. 2. Sourcing • Identify and evaluate relevant individual and community data sources to feed the prospect base. • Use analysis tools to extract actionable insights. 3. AI agent scrapping • Use AI agents to automate data collection from a variety of sources. • Ensure the quality and relevance of collected data. 4. Formatting and enrichment in CRM • Import and structure data in Hubspot to facilitate management and use. • Enrich profiles with additional information to optimize on-boarding campaigns. 5. Preparation of personalized campaigns • Participate in the design of personalized on-boarding campaigns based on identified market segments. • Develop a test plan to evaluate the effectiveness of different approaches. 6. Test launch • Implement test campaigns and supervise their deployment. • Monitor performance in real time and adjust strategies if necessary. 7. Measuring and analyzing results • Analyser les résultats des campagnes pour identifier les meilleures versions. • Utiliser des outils de visualisation pour présenter les insights de manière claire et concise. 8. Automation for widespread use • Develop automated processes to generalize identified best practices. • Document workflows to ensure reproducibility. 9. Action review • Carry out a complete review of actions taken and results obtained. • Propose recommendations to improve future campaigns. 10. Extension to other countries • Adapt the on-boarding strategy to neighbor countries, taking into account local specificities. • Collaborate with international teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Profil recherché
• Reading and writing in French and English imperative. • Graduate student in Business Analytics, Marketing or Sales Force. • Experience in data analysis and project management. • Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, PowerBI, SQL) and CRM platforms (preferably Hubspot). • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Interest in entrepreneurship and innovative ecosystems.
